What is the Barre PilatesWorks Method? The Barre PilatesWorks Method is a unique, interval-training method based on the Lotte Berk Fundamentals and Pilates. The interval-training sets use a ballet barre, dumbbells, and your own body weight for resistance. Through dynamic exercises your muscles are targeted and overloaded to the point of fatigue then stretched for relief. This process creates long, lean muscles. All major muscle groups are worked with carefully designed strengthening and orthopedic stretching techniques.
The Barre PilatesWorks Method is done in small group classes averaging four people. Each class is a total body workout that will lift your seat, tone your thighs, tighten your abdominals and burn fat! Each class is 55 minutes long, broken down by muscle group and accompanied with lively music. If consistent and performed 2-3 times per week, you will see a marked difference in your body in six weeks.
